3DGene: Gene Structure Database

Download submission request

3DGene currently allows one to download the simulated structures for a user-specified genomic locus [in Crystallographic Information File (CIF) format]. Please fill in the following form to submit a download request (a valid email address is required). Once the request has been submitted, an email will be sent to you providing a link to monitor the job status and to download or view the structures when the job has been processed. For help, please hover the mouse over the input item, or see the form help page.

Please enter a valid email address to receive updates about the job status and the download link once the job finishes. Note that the email address will solely be used for notifying job updates and nothing else.
Please specify the chromosome in which the locus is located. Note that the Y chromosome is currently not available as we simulated a female cell.
Please enter the start base pair (bp) of the locus of interest (in hg19 coordinates). This should be a non-negative value (i.e., ≥ 0) and smaller than the end bp of the locus. Note that we currently only allow a maximum range of 5 Mbp per download.
Please enter the end base pair (bp) of the locus of interest (in hg19 coordinates). This should be a non-negative value (i.e., ≥ 0) and larger than the start bp of the locus. Note that we currently only allow a maximum range of 5 Mbp per download.
Please enter the number of structures you would like to download (i.e., between 1 and 600). You can choose to download the first N of the 600 structures simulated (i.e., the Ordered option) or a random subset (i.e., the Random option).

Notes:

Due to computational costs, we simulated longer chromosomes in segments. As a result, structures which span across different segments of the same chromosome cannot be downloaded. For more details on how individual chromosomes were segmented, please visit the chromosome segments page.
